    This is a GT3 Club for racers of all skill & experience levels. This club is made up of a group of friends & any public racer. We host an online lobby on a semi-daily basis, the specs & room settings are always the same so all drivers can have a consistent platform to improve on.

    --Clean driving & Race Etiquette-
    The GT3 club is about racing clean & having fun, we expect you to fully understand racing etiquette, if you have any questions about etiquette please ask.

    --Driver help & questions-
    If any drivers looking try GT3 or have any questions about our club you can ask here. I also have a 'base set-up' for every GT3 car in this category, if you would like a set-up ask & I will send you one or all of them via PSN. thnx! Here is a link to 'HaB Tuning'. This is GT3 Clubs source for GT3 'base set-ups'

    --GT3 Club 'Transfer system'
    The 'transfer system' is put in place to help identify the more to less experienced players in the GT3 Club. This 'system' will also 'police' players & make sure on course incidents/accidents are handled accordingly. This 'ranking' has NO reflect on driver skill. The driver 'rankings' will go from 'novice' to 'expert', each level requires a player to obtain a certain level of race etiquette & respect to their fellow racers. If a driver incurs too many consecutive incidents involving race etiquette & clean racing the driver(s) will be demoted 1 level & will have to re-earn their status as a trustworthy racer. Transfers have NO effect on earning points, this is strictly for race etiquette control.

    -How does the transfer system work? You are able to check some ones 'experience level rank' in order to prepare yourself for what type of driver you will be competing against( basically, how much can I trust this player?)... When a driver joins a GT3 Club event for the first time they are a 'novice', you will be required to earn 'transfers' in order to move up in rankings.

    -How do I earn transfers? To earn 1 transfer you must finish ahead of at least 2 competitors of the SAME 'experience level'. If you finish ahead of 4, you get 2 transfers, etc, etc. All while keeping your racing clean!

    • Novice to Amateur = 5 Transfers.
    • Amateur to Expert = 10 Transfers.

    • Points Breakdown
    1st - 25
    2nd - 20
    3rd - 18

    Lapped car Procedure -

    Lead cars;

    -- To insure safe overtaking between leaders & lappers, Leaders will be required to 'flash' head-lights before overtaking a lapped car. You can ONLY flash head-lights if YOU are a leader overtaking a lapped car. Make sure to check your control settings & have the ability to flash your lights on a comfortable button.

    Lapped cars;

    -- To insure safety for lapped cars, ALL lapped cars who see an approaching car with flashing lights MUST yield/give corner. (Plz do NOT flash your lights if you are NOT a leader.)

    -- Overall, as usual, ALL cars are required to exercise high race etiquette. Any lapped car who exercises poor race etiquette will be suspended one race.

    Pit Entry/Exit Procedure

    - Use ALL pit-entry/exit markings. As always, everyone is req. to exercise high race etiquette. .

    Under-classmen YEILD to ALL Upper-classmen

      • GTD cars MUST yield to GT3 cars at ALL times.
    ANY failure to follow/execute these procedure(s) will result in a 1 race suspension & even a ban from the GT3 Club.

    CUP #7 -- Hints/Tips
    (This city circuit event is meant to replicate the Long Beach GP, California, USA)

    - City circuit racing is a BIG part of American racing. The LB GP is the oldest and most storied city circuit in the U.S. It has hosted F1 in the past and still hosts TUSCC & IRL to date.

    - As some of you may know, I live in Long Beach and the 2015 LB GP will be here in about 2 weeks!

    - The course in GT6 we will be using is not as rough as it should be, but it will have to do!

    - Enjoy these LB GP videos!

    I signed up since I'm now back in the game! Btw if it's an event without LMPs how does the P1 access earning work? And if you used the same number as one in one class can you use it in a different class?
  9. gurizzi

    GT3 Club GT3 Club Admin

    - No P1 in this event, therefore no P1 access can be earned this round.

    - Players run the same number in ALL class'
  10. Gregson

    GT3 Club GT3 Club Admin

    As long as the number isn't taken, you can use it.

    For the P1 access, you'd have to race as a PC with no fouls in a race that includes the PC class to earn P1 clearance. Since this race has no P1 or PC class, you must race as a GT3 or GTD class car. As of this post, both still have multiple entries available.

    Race settings up-date: Penalties: OFF

    - In city circuit events GT3 Club does NOT run penalties.

    - Reason(s);
    • You cant cut corners on a city course.
    • No penalties adds to the realistic challenge/luck of negotiating your fellow competitors.
    • Rewards players who avoid/get lucky when it comes to accidents.
